Catherine A. Moscarello - Ms. Moscarello is a shareholder of the Moscarello Law Group. She is admitted to practice law in both California and Massachusetts and has dedicated her practice to the area of bankruptcy law.
She has a B.A. in Organizational Management from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California where she graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Moscarello graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Moscarello owned and operated a successful paralegal service.
During law school, Ms. Moscarello served as managing editor of the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues. She externed for The Honorable Robert W. Alberts, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California in the Santa Ana Division. She was elected first year class representative and secretary for the Student Bar Association. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi.
After law school, Ms. Moscarello spent a year working as a federal judicial law clerk to The Honorable William C. Hillman, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Moscarello returned to California and opened her own practice in 2003 and now she is able to use her bankruptcy experience working for debtors, creditors and the government to help her clients achieve the best possible outcome.
Ms. Moscarello is licensed to practice in all District Courts in the state of California. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
